Included in the congress registration are the following services:

• Admittance to all sessions,
• Admittance to the exhibition area,
• Program book,
• Access to the Congress App,
• Admittance to the Welcome Reception on Sunday, September 08th, 2024,
• Coffee, tea and water in between the sessions.

The Networking Event, including a Gala Dinner, will be held on Tuesday, September 10th, 2024 at the Coronation Hall in the Town Hall.
Please note that proof of membership status will be required during the registration process.
Day ticket holders must select their desired day(s) of participation during registration.
The early bird registration period, with reduced fees, ends on July 15th, 2024.
The late registration period ends on September 1st, 2024.

yESAO Conference
The yESAO Conference is scheduled to take place before the congress on Saturday, September 7th and Sunday, September 8th, 2024.
